What is your favorite memory/(memories) from FYHS/HTC/Kayitz:

The friendships were very special - almost 40 years later an inordinate number of us from our class are still in touch. We continue to get together, both in Israel & the US.

There was something special about our Chevre..

Whether it's sharing an update or assisting someone, we pitch in  - our WhatsApp group is active.

Please share a lesson/takeaway from your time at FYHS/HTC/Kayitz:

I had a challenging childhood as my mother obm passed away when I was young boy.

Once married and with a family, I was able to truly reflect & appreciate how the Rebbeim & close friends were there for me at FYHS. In specific, Rabbi Twersky was/is a “one of kind” Rebbi.

I look forward to seeing Rav Twerski whenever I'm in Chicago.

Being part of Skokie was like being part of a special club.

Advice for current students:

Enjoy the people & chevreh around you in these formative years.

Covet and appreciate them.

Make worthy moments & enjoy!

Anything else to share?

I have been privileged to manage a variety of large groups and people in my career.

The famous saying is true that you are as good as the 5 people surrounding you.

Decide wisely whom those people are as they will have a strong influence on who you are & become.
