Tell us a little bit about your family: Married with three kids (Yosef, Shuli, Simcha).

What is your favorite memory/(memories) from FYHS/HTC/Kayitz:

Working on FYI (Fasman Yeshiva Inquirer); rehearsing and playing with the Yeshiva band in the tunnel practice room; learning from Rabbi Weiss during all four years at FYHS (including a few times during the summer).

Also memorable: getting to see a live shechita in the Yeshiva parking lot when they were learning Chulin in Daf Yomi.

Please share a lesson/takeaway from your time at FYHS/HTC/Kayitz:

Life as a Jew is all-encompassing, impacting every aspect of your life, even the “secular” parts. 

Advice for current students:

Learning is important to a healthy life, and the easiest time to learn is when you are in school. As life gets complex, there are fewer support systems for gaining skills and building habits, so take advantage of your time as a student! Learn as much as you can at the Yeshiva, and then keep going.
