Tell us a little bit about your family:
Married with 5 kids.
What is your favorite memory/(memories) from FYHS/HTC/Kayitz:
Rabbi Isenberg had a good sense of humor. It was always fun when we misbehaved and he yelled at us. Looking back on it, it now felt like it was in good spirits.
Rabbi Cardash classes were always so special.
YK davening was very special. The rebbeim screaming out the tefillos. I loved Rabbi Freedman screaming Mashiv Haruach 100 times on Succus.
The lightning strike was also a crazy time!
Please share a lesson/takeaway from your time at FYHS/HTC/Kayitz:
Having an open minded education with a serious Torah commitment that makes you a well rounded person. I like that we had the option to get a real education which developed us to be real bnei Torah. My hashkafah is rooted in that.
Advice for current students:
Embrace being Skokie Yeshiva. It's a unique place and nothing like it.
