What is your favorite memory/(memories) from FYHS/HTC/Kayitz:
We have a class chat where we post tons of stories and memories. It reminded us how much we loved hanging out with each other. It is like a live yearbook.
Senior class trip to Colorado was super fun. In general, we were in the Yeshiva all day hanging out with friends. These friendships have lasted a lifetime.Â
I had Ramzag and Rabbi Schuman at my wedding, and spent my summers at Kayitz with Rabbi Polstein first as a camper, then counselor and finally as Director of Operations after AZ. All had a formative impact on my life.
Please share a lesson/takeaway from your time at FYHS/HTC/Kayitz:
The friends you make in high school and beyond stay with you for the rest of your lives.
Advice for current students:
Soak it all up; high school is some of the best times of your life. You don't have to worry about some of the stressful parts of your life now, so enjoy it. Anything stressful now is a small problem compared to when you are an adult. Invest in your relationships there.
Anything else to share:
I have so much hakaras hatov for the Yeshiva!
