What is your favorite memory/(memories) from FYHS/HTC/Kayitz:

The chevra was so special, especially having guys from all over the US. There was a lot of fun times and some great Torah learning.

When I was a senior, towards the end of the year, we were tossing a football around the beis midrash. Rabbi Segal was sitting there, learning, with piles of seforim, and he didnt even notice the football. He was totally immersed in his learning, and this really inspired me to want to be the same. Someone who is so immersed in his Torah learning.

Please share a lesson/takeaway from your time at FYHS/HTC/Kayitz:

I always felt the Yeshiva was a legacy, and I was a part of it. Just seeing the pictures of the Roshei Yeshiva inspired me to connect with something bigger. A big chain of mesorah.

Rabbi Segal inspired me with the value of Eretz Yisroel. Rabbi Weiss inspired me on the chashivus of Talmid Torah. I loved my rebbeim there.

Advice for current students:

Have fun and take advantage of the amazing opportunities of growth. Enjoy the time with your friends and chevra.
