What is your favorite memory/(memories) from FYHS/HTC/Kayitz:

The friendships I developed with my classmates we great. I had people over all the time. I also dormed part time. I'm still in touch with many of my classmates.

I also remember the famous game winning shot that Kohney hit against the Academy.

I was also very close with Rabbi Polstein.

Please share a lesson/takeaway from your time at FYHS/HTC/Kayitz:

The community feel that fostered deep relationships. Always supportive of each other. We had long hours and we were still able to navigate that. Going through that with classmates was very positive, and we supported each other.

Advice for current students:

Lean into that opportunity to have so many friendships and rebbeim to be able to connect to. Get that spark for your Judaism.

Anything else to share:

The mercury and lightning incidents were very memorable! But we supported each out through it all.
